Commander’s Concepts Commissioning (CCCxA) was founded in 2014 as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The CEO, Rich Diddams retired as a Marine Corps officer in early 2006 after over 20 years as both an enlisted Marine and infantry officer serving in peacetime and combat. Rich’s background in construction dates back to the 1980’s when he ran a small concrete company to pay for college. Rich is dedicated to ensuring CCCxA represents the highest values in service and performance as a SDVOSB.
CCCxA initially focused on Commissioning as a niche service providing expert third party commissioning and engineering reviews for various projects. The firm’s focus is predicated on giving back to the many wonderful men and women in uniform and those who provided expert care to our Veterans and families. Our firm has now served in over 20 VA Medical Centers and continues to flourish as a firm dedicated to service to others before ourselves.
Since 2014 our services have grown to include a variety of engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil) and security(vulnerability assessments both physical and cyber). Our Customers include numerous commercial firms as well as government entities: Veteran Affairs, Army Corps of Engineers, and GSA. Additionally, CCCxA has a TopSecret facility clearance allowing our firm to further serve agencies requiring this specialty.
Our goal at CCCxA is for our personal values of integrity, honor, and an enduring work ethic to reflect in our corporate work. We believe in honoring God in our personal lives and in our day-to-day work. Our promise to our customers is to operate with integrity, excellence, and to exceed your expectations in all we do.
